As many of you are aware, we know very little about the Giza complex, which is perhaps the most amazing collection of discoveries ever made.
The monuments uncovered here are among the best-built buildings in history, and despite the fact that few people are aware of them, the reality is that we know even less than we thought we knew.
For a long time, people have attempted to explain them.
Robert Bauval, for example, proposed the Orion Correlation Theory, which proposes a link between the three pyramids and the three brightest stars in Orion’s Belt.
He believed that at 10,450 BC, the brightest star in Orion’s Belt coincided with Giza’s biggest pyramid, signaling the beginning of the Zep Tepi, or Golden Era.
The Zep Tepi period is mentioned in several ancient records, with descriptions of how prosperous and bountiful it was. Others claim that this happened in the year 36,420 BC as well.
