A friendly golden retriever dog took in six baby rabbits that had been separated from the nest and cared for them until their owner put them back. The case took place in Torrington, United States.
Otis is a six-year-old golden retriever who was on a normal outing until he found four stray baby rabbits from his nest. The doggo took the four of them in his mouth and left them very close together, so he could take care of everyone. After that, he started licking the little ones to calm them down.
According to the Daily Star, Jenna Laigle, a dancer and tutor of Otis, saw the scene and helped the puppy returning the bunnies to their nest. Later the same day, the golden found two more puppies that were also returned.
The doguinho ended up protecting the animals from various predators that live in the area, such as hawks.
