Lawyer Roberta Pereira who works in the municipality of Loanda, Paraná, recently shared in her social networks the heroic act of a man rescuing a dog stranded by the flood.
On Friday, the 18th, a strong storm with hail and gusts of wind hit the city, causing several damages.
And during the storm, there was a black and white mutt, isolated in the middle of the street bed, unable to move because of the water current that formed with the rain.
The noble-hearted resident, realizing the plight of the pet, was not intimidated by the bad weather and went to his rescue.
Without shoes and wearing only a pair of shorts, the man crossed the storm until he reached the furry one, took him in his arms, and took him to a safe place: his home.
The video was captioned: ‘Compassion towards animals is one of the noblest virtues of human nature’ and expresses the truest feeling of pity and empathy not only for animals but also for others.
