On November 20th, the ENPE (European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment) took place and one of the participants was Noopy, a puppy that doesn’t have the movement of its front paws. At the meeting, the puppy can see his friends Horácio, Pituca and Amora.

ENPE is held annually and aims to bring visibility to animals with disabilities, help tutors to exchange experiences, produce greater awareness for special adoption to reduce prejudice and extinguish abandonment and unnecessary euthanasia.

Special puppies can live normally with their particularities, just responsible tutors that provide a good life for them.

In the scenes we see Noopy wearing a super hero cape lying on his tutor’s lap and surrounded by friends, wheelchair users, without a paw and who walk with their back legs just like him.
